The people who stand behind every project

Before founding E&P Solutions, I spent thirteen years in production, so I know first-hand what a bad system does to a shop floor and what a good one makes possible. On top of that comes work in healthcare process management and leading business process change across entire company groups.

For me, every project starts with people and their workflows. I talk to the people who actually do the work, and set that beside numbers, data and facts: from the conversations themselves, from process mining, and from our own AI tools. Only once both line up do you see where a business is really losing time, and where automation actually helps.

We use automation and AI where they support people in their work, not where they are meant to replace people. The knowledge inside a company lives in the heads of the people who work there. Our job is to make that knowledge visible and usable, and to bring the team along the way.

That is why I care less about how a system looks in a demo, and more about whether it holds up on a busy Monday morning.

Before co-founding E&P Solutions, I worked in technical sales for industrial automation, and before that supported ERP rollouts in mid-sized companies, from process capture through to day-to-day operation.

For me, good ERP projects do not start with the software, but with the question of how a business actually works. Where does information originate? Where do time and knowledge get lost? And where do grown workflows create unnecessary complexity?

That is exactly where we start at E&P Solutions. We analyze existing processes, question them together with our clients, and develop clear, practical structures from that. Only afterwards do we map these consistently into the ERP system.

My standard here is clear: a good system should guide the user through their daily work, make information available where it is needed, and make connections across departments visible. The next step should feel self-evident, not something that needs explaining.

Automation and artificial intelligence are, to me, the logical next step of this approach. Recurring tasks can be automated, information linked intelligently, and knowledge made centrally available. What matters is not using as much technology as possible, but applying it exactly where it creates real benefit.

My goal is connected systems that take work off people's hands, create transparency and enable better decisions.

To me, technology is successful when you barely have to talk about it in daily work, because it simply works in the background.
