Your systems talk to each other,
instead of someone retyping

We connect Odoo to what you already run: payment providers, shipping services, online shop and accounting. The data takes its own route, instead of sitting in spreadsheets and separate inboxes.

Why it matters

What disconnected systems actually cost

Nobody sets out to work with five disconnected tools. It happens bit by bit, one quick fix after another, until nobody knows which number is right.

Without an integration
Orders from the shop are typed into Odoo by hand.
The payment status is looked up in a second program.
Shipping labels are created one by one, tracking numbers copied over.
Customer data drifts apart between CRM and ERP.
Nobody knows for sure which system holds the right number.
With an integration
Orders from the shop land in Odoo as soon as they are placed.
The payment status updates the order without anyone checking.
Labels and tracking numbers are created and written back.
One customer record, on the same status everywhere.
Odoo is the one source, and everyone knows it.
What we connect

Seven areas, one connected system

Choose an area to see what is behind it.

Accounting and Tax Advisors

Your bookkeeping can stay in BMD. Through our own export interface, outgoing invoices, credit notes, incoming invoices, the related customer and supplier data and the PDF documents go from Odoo to BMD. The export can be limited to periods or to documents not yet transferred, and it can be automated.

  • BMD
  • Bank connection
  • Tax advisors

Payments and Finance

Payments are matched to invoices automatically, so nobody in accounting compares bank statements with orders anymore.

  • Stripe
  • PayPal
  • Bank connection
  • Regional payment providers

Shipping and Logistics

Labels, rates and tracking numbers are created directly from the order, and the delivery status comes back automatically.

  • DHL
  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • Regional carriers

CRM and Sales

If your sales team works in a CRM of its own, we keep inquiries, contacts and stages in step with Odoo, without double entry.

  • CRM extension
  • Contacts and inquiries
  • Sync in both directions

Online Shop

Orders, stock levels and product data stay the same between shop and Odoo, in both directions.

  • Shopify
  • WooCommerce
  • Magento
  • Odoo Website

Marketing and Communication

Recipient lists and campaign data run in both directions, so marketing and sales work with the same list.

  • Email sending
  • SMS services
  • Microsoft 365

Telephony and AI

A voice assistant takes incoming calls, records the request during the call and writes it back to Odoo as a record, with a summary and assignment. The caller is told at the start that they are speaking with a system.

  • AI telephony
  • Call answering
  • Writing back to Odoo
  • Appointment booking

This is covered in detail on the AI and Automation page. This category describes the connection to Odoo, not the voice assistant itself.

How it works

In both directions, with no intermediate step

What changes in Odoo arrives in the other system. What happens in the other system arrives in Odoo. Where that does not make sense, for example when handing over to accounting, it deliberately runs one way only, so it stays clear which system leads.

Our approach

Five steps, whether webhook or full sync

1
Discovery

We record which data has to move and how often.

2
Check the interface

We look at what the other system's interface actually offers. That decides what is possible at all.

3
Build

Development and testing happen in a test environment first, not on your live data.

4
Test

Real business cases are played through before the connection touches live data.

5
Monitor

In operation every run is logged, and if a sync fails, it is reported.

Built to stay running

An interface that fails silently is worse than none

That is why every connection we build includes what happens when something does not work.

Monitoring

Every connection reports itself when it does not go through. You do not have to notice that something is missing.

Automatic retry

If the other end is briefly unreachable, nothing is lost. The sync tries again on its own.

Alert on failure

If a sync really fails, the alert goes out right away and does not wait until the next review.

Complete log

Every run is logged. If a question comes up later, it is possible to trace what was transferred and when.

Partnership & Network

Odoo Ready Partner and active OCA member

The same standards that keep our own code upgradeable apply to every interface we build.

We use and support the Odoo Community Association's modules instead of rebuilding things that already exist in a vetted form.

From The Field

What an interface changes in everyday work

The difference shows up in one place: there is no working step left where someone copies something from one window into another. That also removes the errors that come with it, and the question of which system is right at the moment.

Frequently Asked

Integration questions that almost always come up

Yes. We have developed our own export interface for it. Outgoing invoices, credit notes, incoming invoices, the related customer and supplier data and the PDF documents are provided from Odoo for further processing in BMD.
If it has web services, REST or SOAP, one can almost always be built. What is actually possible is decided in the second step of our approach, when we look at the interface. Before that, nobody can seriously give you a price.
As it fits your process. Most connections run in both directions. Some, such as the handover to accounting, deliberately run one way only, so it stays clear which system leads.
We work exclusively with Odoo Enterprise. As soon as custom modules are involved, and an interface is a custom module, it runs through Odoo.sh, because it can be tested there before anything goes live.
That is decided once we have looked at the other system's interface. After that you get a concrete figure for your case, not a range that applies to everyone.
Failed syncs are repeated, and nothing is silently lost. If the error persists, it is reported.
Yes, as part of ongoing support. Other vendors' interfaces change, and the connection then has to be updated. Without this upkeep, no interface lasts in the long run.
